Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and time is very important to Skinderlust. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other guests. No-shows or cancelling the same day pose a great inconvenience to your esthetician and prevent the possibility of offering that time to another guest. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice.  You will receive a text 48 hours before your appointment requesting you to confirm your upcoming appointment to avoid last minute cancellations. This lets us know that you will be there.

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation / inconvenience fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. Late arrivals are subject to appointment modification so that your facialist can maintain her schedule.

A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation / no show fees will be charged to your card on file.

Refund Policy

Refunds on Services:

If you were not pleased with your service, please let us know before leaving so that together we can remedy your displeasure. We do not refund services, but want you to be 100% satisfied before leaving Skinderlust.

Refunds on Products:

MiniFacial Kits and are non-refundable. 

Sheet Masks are non-refundable.

For all other items:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value. 

Please keep the following in mind when returning product: 

• Skinderlust must be advised of dissatisfaction of a product within 10 days of original purchase. 

• The actual product must be returned to Skinderlust within 30 days of the dissatisfaction for exchange of another product.  

• Returned products must be at least 90% full.  

• The customer will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.  

• Skinderlust will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
